Working on modules and subworkflows ontology and metadata

This project aims to enhance the nf-core modules and subworkflows metadata.

We will be working on:

• Updating the meta.yml files of components
• Adding ontologies to nf-core/modules

All experience levels are welcome!

Goals

Components:

• 🥪 Add ontologies to nf-core modules: blog post
• 🥪 Add the structure of subworkflow input and output channels to meta.yml files: example (work on the subworkflows_meta_yml branch), tracking issue

Tooling:

• 🌮 Fixing some bugs: tools issue #3365
• 🌯 Fix the meta.yml structure of modules: tools issue #3248
